Respawn continues to fight Apex Legends cheaters
Czas: May. 5, 2019Respawn Entertainment did not abandon Apex Legends' hate campaign, and the developer said 770,000 PC players had been expelled from the game.
In a developer update released in the official edition of the game, Respawn added that more than 300,000 account creations and more than 4,000 cheat accounts have been blocked in the last 20 days.
Respawn said he was working closely with the Security and Fraud teams of EA, Origin and other developers of DICE, FIFA and Capital Games to take action against fraud. It also maintains the Easy Anti-Cheat System (EAC), which automatically finds new tricks.
The developer said he would not reveal what he is working on, not to warn the cheats, but to attack the issue "from all sides."
The developer's efforts seem to make a big difference in the apex legends founders pack community. The total number of PC matches affected by cheats and spammers has been reduced by more than half in the last month.
Respawn has been looking for scams since the release of apex legends product code in February. 16,000 scammers have already been banned after two weeks of publication.
